Title: Service Account Manager
Supervises: Field Personnel and Subcontractors
Objective: Oversee Service Accounts from intake to billing to ensure the Service Department is profitable.
Job Responsibilities:
· Lead Intake: (After job folder is created by Admin)
o Contact client within 24 hours of receiving job folder
o Schedule appointment to investigate leak/repair request
o Update notes in Pipedrive and update job board
o Coordinate schedule to optimize the number of repairs that can be visited in a day
· Proposals and Estimates:
o Prepare estimate and scope of work for repairs
o Complete and send proposal with photos to client
o Follow-up once per week for status of pending items to be approved
o Once approved add the job to the approved board and add job folder to the scheduling board
· Scheduling:
o Manage and schedule approved jobs
o Communicate scope and materials to Service crew and ensure they are prepared
o Route/schedule service jobs in an efficient manner
· Billing:
o Ensure job was completed to scope
o Review photos
o Review job was completed per budget
o Send complete job to billing department for invoicing
· Handle day to day questions regarding service jobs
· Work with project manager and billing department to ensure all jobs are accounted for
· Workload to be shared during rainy season but musted be monitored and managed by the Service Manager
· Ensure Service crew(s) are completing jobs properly and on budget
· Must be a team player
