Job Description:
We are hiring on behalf of our hospital client in Wilson, NC for an experienced Med/Surg RN Manager to lead and manage Medical-Surgical units. This leadership position ensures the delivery of high-quality, patient- and family-centered care while aligning with the organization’s mission and goals.

The RN Manager will work under the direction of the Senior Nursing Officer to implement, oversee, and evaluate all aspects of daily operations and team performance in the Med/Surg units.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily operations of Medical-Surgical patient care units

• Oversee staffing, resource allocation, and care delivery to ensure quality outcomes

• Support and implement strategic organizational goals

• Develop and evaluate staff performance and professional growth

• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards

• Promote a culture of collaboration, safety, and excellence in patient care

Requirements:

• Active RN license in North Carolina or compact license

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a Med/Surg setting

• Charge Nurse or Nurse Management experience is required

• BSN required; MSN preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills
