 Responsibilities:

• All aspects of branch clinical patient care
• Review and evaluate all referrals
• Coordination and supervision of care to clients
• Staff Education and Training related to clinical practice, regulations, and reimbursement
• Standards of Performance for Branch Operations

Requirements

• Current License as a Registered Nurse
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing BSN
• Minimum 3 years of RN clinical experience in home care
• Minimum 1 year experience in a Medicare certified home care agency
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills
