RN Clinical Educator Home Health 

Responsibilities:

• Establish standards of care and educational programs for clinical staff
• Ensure compliance throughout agency with all regulatory standards
• Clinical orientation and training of all new hires
• Ongoing staff development
• Provide clinical observation at point of care and chart audits
• Supervise the delivery of HHA services for the agency

Qualifications:

• Licensed Registered Nurse. BSN preferred.
• Minimum 2 years Medicare Certified Home Health Agency experience 
• Minimum 4 years Clinical experience
• Supervisory experience required
• Complete knowledge of regulatory standards to ensure quality of care
• Strong communication skills both in-person and remotely
