**This is a remote position**
Our client is currently in search of two types of employment attorneys. One with 4+ years of experience and one with with a minimum of 15 years of experience. Salary is commensurate with experience.
Skills & Experience needed:
- Must have a well-established and exclusive employment litigation, defense background
- Strongly preferred: Current or recent experience working with school third party administrator employment panels
- Required: must have school district defense experience in employment law
- Must have 4 years of employment law defense experience
- Trial experience preferred, but not required
- Experience with public entity defense a plus
- Must have knowledge of class/PAGA inclusive
- Bachelor’s and Juris Doctor degrees
- Member, State Bar of California in good standing
- Superior research, analytical, and negotiating ability
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Commitment to proactive case management
