We’ll guide you through the process of obtaining your Alabama RN license
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver safe, high-quality care to patients based on individualized needs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and collaborate on care plans
- Document observations, interventions, and outcomes accurately
- Educate patients and families in both English and Spanish as needed
- Supervise LPNs, PCAs, and other support personnel
- Participate in shift handoffs, huddles, and performance improvement efforts
Areas of Assignment May Include:
- Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg)
- Emergency Department
- Cardiac Care / Telemetry
- Women’s and Children’s Services (NICU, L&D, Pediatrics)
- Perioperative / PACU
Minimum Qualifications:
- Nursing degree from an accredited school in Puerto Rico
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (Puerto Rican citizenship qualifies)
- Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- NCLEX not required to apply — job offer contingent upon passing
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification or willingness to obtain
