Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Assess and document each patient’s condition across physical, psychological, social, and cultural dimensions
- Plan and deliver individualized care in collaboration with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and discharge instructions
- Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs, patient care assistants, and other support staff
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Participate in team meetings, shift handovers, and continuous improvement initiatives
You May Be Assigned to Areas Including:
- Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg)
- Emergency Department
Minimum Requirements:
- Mexican nursing degree (Licenciatura en Enfermería or Técnico en Enfermería)
- Valid RN license in Mexico and willingness to complete U.S. licensing (NCLEX-RN and Alabama licensure support available)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) – IELTS pass
- Current BLS certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire)
- Willing to relocate to Alabama, USA and work in a full-time hospital setting
