Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with Autism and related disorders? We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our team as Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) in Tulsa. This role is pivotal in delivering personalized behavioral interventions that foster positive change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement 1:1 direct therapy for children led by a BCBA.
  • Utilize practice management software to track progress and respond dynamically to the needs of the children we serve.
  • Maintain open communication with BCBAs and other team members to identify needs.
  • Maintain documentation of supervision required by the BACB.
  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for children during therapy, especially during periods of dysregulation and behavioral challenges.
  • Communicate support needs.
  • Observe and interact with children using behavior analytic principals.
  • Plan and prepare for therapeutic activities appropriate for the child’s age, developmental level, physical ability, behavioral needs, and current goals.
  • Assist with activities of personal independence such as toileting and/or dressing routines while maintaining and respecting client dignity and personal agency.
  • Safely block dangerous behaviors such as elopement requiring periods of running, or moving swiftly from sitting to standing.
  • Safely lift items up to 50 lbs. Because our children will at times require significant behavioral support it’s important staff feel comfortable supporting weight.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism or similar conditions.
  • Strong grasp of ABA principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A genuine commitment to making a positive impact on children’s lives.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Reliable transportation
  • Successful completion of State and Federal Background Checks
  • Physical capability to routinely lift 25 lbs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active RBT Credential
  • Experience in ABA
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field
  • Possession of an Active Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Current CPR/First Aid Certification
  • Previous experience working with children
