Seeking a Sales professional with a positive attitude and results driven – fully remote in the Houston, TX area!
 
As Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for sales of industrial sawing products and services in the Southern region. (TX, NM, OK, AR, LA, MS, AL, TN). 
 
Your primary responsibility is to prospect and negotiate sawing machine, blade, coolant and service contract sales opportunities working with a distribution channel, make joint sales calls (with distributor reps), and liaise with end-user National Accounts. This role will also be responsible for identifying and recruiting new distribution channel members. The individual will conduct hands-on application of our products, productivity testing, and provide machine demonstrations when required.   You will provide marketing insight and feedback.  After appropriate training and familiarity with the product line, this role will be looked upon as a Subject Matter Expert. 
 
Experience and Education Requirements:
  • Strong technical background in sales and application of band saw machines and/or industrial machinery. Strong consideration will be given to a sales professional with a background in other metal process equipment/tooling manufacturing.  Band sawing experienced is highly preferred. 
COMPENSATION: 
  • You will be provided a company car, gas and maintenance card, laptop computer, cell phone, approved office equipment and services.  All reasonable travel expenses and lodging are compensated. The primary mode of transportation within the assigned territory is by car unless pre-approved for air travel.
  • Salary plan (commensurate with experience) plus commissions.

This position is benefits eligible, including health, dental and 401K and profit sharing.
