Join our biopharmaceutical client’s growing commercial team as Regional Sales Manager for the Midwest territory. Our client is a globally integrated company specializing in specialty plasma-derived therapeutics and poised for exciting growth in the market.
Based in Chicago, Indianapolis, Columbus, Nashville, or Detroit, you’ll oversee Midwest U.S. sales activities, driving targets and market penetration for our client’s life-saving products. You’ll report to the VP of US Commercial Operations.

Qualifications of the Regional Sales Manager:
- 5-10 years of diagnostic/pharma/medical experience
- BA/BS in life sciences or business administration
- Account/budget management expertise
- Proven relationship builder with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and accounts
- Expert in hospital market sales, particularly transplant and infectious diseases
- Sales operations skills
- Clinical knowledge with the ability to communicate complex technical information
- Thrives in entrepreneurial environments with adaptability
- Hospital transplant sales experience is preferred
Responsibilities of the Regional Sales Manager:
- Execute regional sales plans with specific growth targets
- Influence treatment protocols in transplant/infectious disease markets
- Build relationships with thought leaders and healthcare professionals
- Deliver clinically focused dialogues and maintain customer relationships
- Analyze scientific/technical information while following industry regulations
- Manage product launches and serve as a recognized industry expert
- Travel between 50%-75%, as needed to develop client relationships
