Regional Director of Hospice Operations

Regional Director of Hospice Operations – Outstanding job opportunity with an exceptional, stable, growing, multi-state / site hospice provider. 

Highly competitive base salary + 20% bonus

Remote Position: 60-70% Travel

What we are looking for: Need someone with experience in some or all of the following states: IL, KS, MI, MO, PA or SC.  Highly prefer someone with already living in one of these states as well & open to 60-70% travel.  Expect the person to come with multi-site hospice operations & sales / strategy experience (prefer between 5-10 offices).  Someone really engaged, loves to travel and support their leaders, daily. 

We are looking for a superstar, hospice industry leader with proven, verifiable performance at the multi-site & state level

Additional candidate requirements:

• Extensive hospice experience: operations, sales / growth experience
• Area Director or Regional Director of Operations experience, required
• Due Diligence, Start-up/DeNovo & Acquisitions experience a PLUS
• Someone already in, near or acutely familiar with the territory and who knows the markets: IL, KS, MI, MO, PA or SC
• Someone who is a culture warrior, and exceptional communicator, adaptable, solutions oriented and someone who can hold people accountable, grow territory.
