Job Description:
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in repairing and maintaining residential HVAC/R systems
- Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair independently
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- High level of professionalism with clients and team members
- Reliability and dependability in meeting deadlines and completing tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to explain technical issues clearly
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations
- Familiarity with the latest advancements in refrigeration equipment technology
Responsibilities
- Work on small and large refrigeration units and ice machines
- Repair and maintain equipment
- Support hot side equipment through cross-training
- Perform regular maintenance to ensure smooth operation and handle emergency repairs promptly
- Troubleshoot and fix equipment correctly on the first attempt
- Adhere to industry standards and safety regulations
- Ensure repairs are completed properly
- Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair work
