Job Description
- Provide legal and administrative support to attorneys in the redevelopment practice.
- Draft, review, and maintain redevelopment agreements, ensuring compliance with deadlines and legal requirements.
- Prepare resolutions and other legal documents related to redevelopment projects.
- Manage escrow accounts, tracking deposits, disbursements, and financial compliance.
- Conduct legal research on redevelopment laws, municipal regulations, and land use policies.
- Coordinate with attorneys, developers, municipal agencies, and financial institutions to facilitate agreements and transactions.
- Monitor key deadlines, payment schedules, and project compliance.
Qualifications
- Paralegal Certificate or 5+ years of experience as a paralegal.
- Experience managing legal agreements, deadlines, and escrow accounts is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
