We are seeking an experienced professional to join the team at a prominent manufacturing facility in Arkansas as a Recruiter in Talent Acquisition. This key role requires a strategic thinker with a robust ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to effectively recruit top talent for our extensive 750,000 square-foot operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement comprehensive recruitment, screening, and selection processes to seamlessly integrate new employees.
  • Work closely with management to synchronize recruitment strategies with organizational goals and develop strategic workforce plans.
  • Create and manage effective advertising campaigns, drafting impactful job postings and coordinating their distribution across appropriate media platforms.
  • Participate actively in college recruitment programs to infuse our talent pipeline with new and diverse perspectives.
  • Review resumes and applications, conducting interviews to evaluate technical skills, cultural compatibility, and career alignment.
  • Conduct thorough reference checks, assessing information to provide well-informed hiring recommendations.
  • Facilitate employment offers, including arranging and processing pre-employment screenings.
  • Provide candidates with vital pre-employment information, including job requirements, benefits, and organizational policies.
  • Analyze recruitment data to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring strategies, turnover rates, and campaign outcomes, contributing to ongoing enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-10+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in the recruiting of all levels of salaried and hourly employees
  • Proficient in employment interviewing and candidate assessment methodologies.
  • Experience with recruitment systems such as ADP, Taleo, and iCIMS.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Skilled in optimizing workflow efficiency to enhance productivity.
