Our client, a prestigious national law firm, is seeking a talented and motivated Associate Attorney to join their Real Estate Practice Group in Dallas. This position offers exciting opportunities to work on complex real estate transactions and a clear path for career growth within the firm.

Candidate Profile:

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Bar Admission in Texas.
• 3–4 years of substantive experience in real estate transactions, including acquisition, disposition, financing, and development of commercial real estate assets.
• AmLaw 200 experience: familiarity with the pace and expectations of a sophisticated law firm environment is necessary.
• Skilled in complex legal drafting.
• Experience in joint venture transactions is preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on a variety of high-profile real estate transactions, including joint venture formations, financings, and the acquisition and disposition of real estate assets across the United States.
• Represent developers, investors, and financial institutions in complex real estate deals.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team of attorneys in a collegial and interactive practice.
