My client, a highly respected and prestigious law firm, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Associate/Attorney to join their Florida office. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual with a passion for real estate law to join a dynamic team of legal professionals.
Responsibilities: – Handling general commercial real estate matters with an emphasis on transactional work – Conducting legal research and providing sound advice to clients – Drafting legal documents, contracts and agreements – Representing clients in negotiations and other legal proceedings – Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Requirements: – Minimum 4 years of experience in general commercial real estate with a focus on transactional work – Active Florida Bar – Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school – Excellent oral and written communication skills – Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively – Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
