Senior Quality Manager – Aerospace (150-170K)

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the plants quality function to ensure compliance with all quality and regulatory requirements
- Establish and maintain quality management practices in accordance with FAA, AS9100 and customer requirements
- Mentor and develop the quality team
- Create quality assurance processes and inspection procedures
- Validate quality processes
- Maintain AS9100 certification and compliance efforts
Experience and Education:
- Bachelors degree in Quality, Engineering, Aviation or related
- 10+ years of experience in Quality Supervision / Management within the Aerospace Industry
- AS9100, APQP/AS9145 knowledge
- Skilled with problem solving methods such as 8D / 5-Why
- Must be eligible to work in the US indefinitely without restriction
