The Quality Control Leader will supervise and oversee new model quality, process quality and supplier quality for this manufacturing facility. Will be responsible for daily activities to ensure product complies with established policies and procedures and will perform these activities while ensuring and maximizing safety, product quality, production output, housekeeping, and cost control to achieve plant goals.

  • Manage New Model Quality, Process Quality, and Supplier Quality groups
  • Supplier Development.
  • Supplier Corrective and Preventative Action.
  • Parallel analysis and feed forward to other supplier and internal processes.
  • Efficiently manage group and support budget and related activities.
  • Responsible for associate development and training for designated groups.
  • Manage and monitor supplier quality activities and in-house customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and monitor supplier quality issues.
  • Business Planning & Budget for Supplier Group.

Requirements

  • Four-year related degree or 5 years equivalent experience.
  • 4 or more years of leadership/supervision experience.
  • 2 or more years of manufacturing quality experience.
  • Excellent leadership, written & verbal communication, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills.
