Key Responsibilities

🔹 Quality Inspection & Compliance

• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to ensure products meet quality expectations.

• Approve or reject products based on established quality standards, documenting supplier performance as needed.

• Select output samples and conduct inspections using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gages.

🔹 Advanced Inspection & Reporting

• Utilize CMMs and automated inspection systems to perform complex measurements and ensure compliance with tight tolerances.

• Maintain detailed inspection records and submit accurate reports into the system.

• Conduct functionality tests to verify product performance against customer and regulatory requirements.

🔹 Process Improvement & Team Collaboration

• Identify and report quality issues, working closely with the production team to resolve discrepancies.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inspection processes and maintain compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications & Skills

✔ Several years of inspection experience, preferably in the aerospace industry or another high-precision environment.
✔ Proficiency with CMMs, micrometers, calipers, gages, and other precision measuring tools.
✔ Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical documents, and specifications.
✔ Experience with automated inspection systems and maintaining detailed records.
✔ A keen eye for detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality excellence.
