Psychiatrist Adolescent

Client located in the Nashville suburb of Franklin, TN, is seeking a full-time adolescent psychiatrist – must be child/adolescent fellowship trained. NO 2026 Fellows accepted from firms at this time

Employed position, Mon – Fri on-site work schedule; adolescent caseload average of 14/day;

In-Patient & IOP settings; I/P Duties include rounding, admissions, daily care of assigned patients, treatment team leadership. Unit Director opportunity if desired. Compensation package includes Base Compensation, Production Bonus Opportunity, Unit Director Stipend if applicable, signing bonus negotiable, Paid Malpractice Insurance, medical, dental, vision insurances, matching 401k, PTO, CME allowance, Relocation assistance if moving, employee stock purchase program.
