Our client needs a Property Manager in a beautiful luxury apartment complex in Cape Coral Florida. The salary will go to $75k plus full benefits and 401k!
382 units, prior experience as a Property Manager overseeing 200+ units
CAM or LCAM certification a plus, not required
Bilingual – speaking both English and Spanish would be a plus, but not required
Experience overseeing a team of 4+ members
Full-time, salary position, must be willing to work at least 1 Saturday a month, would be a schedule adjustment during the week
$71K-$74K annual salary, plus 0-10% quarterly bonus opportunity based on property performance
