Property Manager (apartment complex)

Our client is an national management firm that has an immediate opening for a Property Manager with a strong background managing large properties.

• 504 units, townhome style
• Must have experience overing a unit count of 400+ and a large team of 7+ people
• Be able to take challenges head on, comfortable having tough conversations with residents/staff
• Needs to have valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Must be able to work at least one Saturday a month – if work a Saturday gets one day off during the week
• Salary $75K – $79K/annually plus 0-10% quarterly bonus opportunity based on property performance
• Onsite housing discount available, no relocation package
• Needs to have experience with variance reporting and budgeting experience
• 2-5 years’ experience as a Property Manager
