The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing assigned construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet established budget, time, and quality standards. This role requires a dynamic leader capable of planning and preparing contract documentation, supervising field installations, implementing directives, mentoring field personnel, and cultivating strong client relationships. Operating independently while achieving measurable objectives, the Project Manager will manage budgets effectively and work in close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, and contractors.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, initiate, and manage construction projects, ensuring accuracy in adherence to design, budget, schedule, and safety requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop comprehensive project plans and specifications.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address arising issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and reports, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage the procurement process for materials and services, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Lead project teams by offering guidance, direction, and actionable support to both subcontractors and in-house staff.
  • Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies, effectively resolving conflicts or issues encountered during construction.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations and building codes.
  • Foster a collaborative, positive work environment that promotes teamwork and effective communication across all project participants.
 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools such as Procore, CMIC, ASTA, Excel, and Bluebeam.
