Qualifications of the Project Manager:

- Act decisively to coordinate cross-functional teams, including R&D, regulatory, and commercial groups, ensuring alignment and accountability across all program aspects.
- Develop and manage aggressive timelines and resource plans, pushing projects forward while anticipating obstacles and finding solutions to keep work on track.
- Communicate frequently and effectively with senior leadership, providing no-nonsense updates on progress, challenges, and results.
- Proactively identify and eliminate potential bottlenecks or issues, showing resourcefulness in problem-solving and continuously adapting to keep programs on course.
- Take a hands-on approach to liaising with external partners or vendors, including CROs, ensuring that all third-party contributions meet program requirements and standards.
