POSITION:        Program Manager – Defense Manufacturer

LOCATION:     Orlando, FL

Defense contractor manufacturer in Orlando is recruiting for a Program Manager (Must have secret security clearance)

The individual will be responsible for prime contractor relationships and Strategic agreements.

Must have worked for Defense manufacturer and had experience with engineering, production, procurement, quality, contracts, finance, security, and warehouse operations to ensure programs are executed on time, on budget, and to exacting quality and compliance standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as primary interface with U.S. primes (i.e. RTX, Lockheed, Boeing, Northrop, etc.)
• Manage partner expectations, deliverables, and communication
• Coordinate joint roadmap and technical strategy alignment
• Resolve program risks across partner organizations
• Lead executive-level program reviews with primes

QUALIFICATIONS

·        Bachelor’s degree in a related field

·        3–5 years of experience in Program Management

·        Experience in manufacturing operations or production supervision

·        Defense industry experience – Worked with Defense prime contractors

·        Familiarity with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment

·        PMP, FARs, and DFARs knowledge or certification a plus

·        Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

·        Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Employment Requirements

·        U.S. Citizen authorized to work in the U.S.

·        Currently or recently have had a Secret security clearance

·        U.S. passport

·        Ability to pass a security background screening

·        Compliance with all federal, state, local, and export/import regulations
