We are seeking Production Supervisors for a food manufacturing company that specializes in tomato based products. This position is responsible for maximizing productivity while showing continuous improvement in scrap, safety and quality objectives in a team-based environment.
Job Qualifications/Job Duties
Prefer a 4 year degree in any of the following disciplines: Food Science, Management Supervision, FMO (Food Manufacturing Organization) • 3-5 years in Food Manufacturing or related industry preferred • 1-2 years Supervisory experience.
Ensure production lines are running efficiently, Maintaining product quality parameters.
Safety Audits, Responsible to report food safety and quality issues to management.
Supervise: Direct: All Hourly Packaging Employees.
Compensation/Benefits
base salary 60k to 70k annually
OT paid at straight time after 45 hrs per week. Supervisors average $5000 to $7000 per year in OT.
