We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Production Scheduler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in planning and coordinating the production, ensuring we deliver on time, every time. What You’ll Do:
Develop and manage daily/weekly production schedules using our Made2Manage (M2M) ERP system
Ensure materials and components are available by coordinating closely with procurement
Communicate schedules to the production floor and adjust as needed based on changing priorities
Release work orders, create job packets, and track job status
Identify scheduling bottlenecks and propose process improvements
Monitor schedule adherence and maintain accurate scheduling records
Collaborate with production, quality, sales, and engineering teams
Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing efforts
Promote a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
What You’ll Bring:
High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
2+ years of experience in production scheduling within a manufacturing environment
Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Made2Manage a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly to shifting priorities
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Working Conditions:
Office-based role with regular interaction on the production floor
Must be able to sit, type, and communicate for extended periods
Occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs); use of PPE when in production areas
Fast-paced environment with deadline-driven tasks
