Production Manager

Production Manager – full-time job with a Monday-Friday, fixed 40 hours per week work schedule with daylight hours.

 

                  Salary : $90,000- $100,000 + Stock Grants 

We are seeking  an individual

that may have one of more of the following capabilities and interests: experiences with intricate parts, building small-scaled models, mechanical inclination, experiences working with your hands, knowledge of computer parts, utilizing computer screens, using microscopes.

Requirements of our Production Manager jobs include:

 

Tactical -Day to Day supervision of High Tech Products

 

Strategic – Build Plans ; Resouces& Inventory planning  , Problem solving ; Process improvement- Attention to detail and accuracy.

-Fabrication processes ; Machine shop   [ Ceramic, Semi-Conductors -A Plus ] 

– Ability to use and see via a microscope (some jobs)

– Experience working with chemicals

– Knowledge of Microsoft

– Knowledge of SOPs (a plus

– Good manual dexterity and fine motor skills

– Able to follow written instructions and procedures and verbal instructions

– Ability and desire to learn (applicable work experiences are nice to have but not required)
