Position Summary

Job Qualifications
- 5 years leadership experience in manufacturing.
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a Production Manager.
- 2 years experience experience in a high speed food manufacturing plant, highly preferred.
- Lean Sigma 6 experience.
Job Duties
- Manage 5 Direct Reports
- Manage Line Efficiencies over 3 lines.
- Hire and train new employees.
- Work with other managers to optimize production.
