Production Coordinator – Electronics

Job Description:

This person will oversee the development and manufacturing of cutting-edge electronic products. They need to have a keen eye for detail, a strong background in production management and experience with power banks and electronics. 

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in managing production approval processes.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience having daily communication with overseas suppliers on all production approvals to ensure timely deliveries to the factories.
• Excellent communication, organizational and follow-through skills.
• Familiarity with industry standards for quality and testing protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with overseas vendors to ensure timely delivery of all submissions and approvals.
• Demonstrate strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Monitor deadlines and approval milestones for all submits.
• Display attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills.
• Effectively communicate approval updates and address timeline discrepancies with Production Managers.
• Assist with quality issues by reviewing concerns, testing outcomes, and providing improvement directions.
• Collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team environment.

Must be able to work in the office 5 days/week.
