Join our medical device client as they on-board a new Product Manager to support their growing portfolio. This position supports a cross-functional team responsible for managing a portfolio of medical device products, helping drive overall business performance. The role combines elements of product planning, market analysis, and internal collaboration to support growth and innovation.
Qualifications of the Product Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in a product-focused, marketing, or related role in medical device.
- Experience working in structured or compliance-driven environments.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze information and contribute to problem-solving efforts.
- Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical concepts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions.
- Self-motivated with a sense of ownership and accountability.
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms is a plus.
- Proficiency with standard business software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, documents).
- Willingness to travel periodically as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute initiatives related to product development, launch planning, and ongoing lifecycle management.
- Work with internal teams such as development, operations, and compliance to ensure alignment between product offerings and customer requirements.
- Contribute to portfolio planning by evaluating existing offerings and identifying areas for enhancement or expansion.
- Support activities related to product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution.
- Gather insights from internal stakeholders and external sources to inform decision-making and improve offerings.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of various materials used for internal and external communication.
- Track product performance and compile insights to support business decisions.
- Conduct research to monitor market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive activity.
- Provide support for partner-related products or programs as needed.
- Assist with digital platforms and tools that support product visibility and accessibility.
- Help facilitate knowledge sharing and training across internal teams and external partners.
