PRODUCT LIABILITY ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY – JUNIOR TO MIDLEVEL
Location: Seattle, WA

 

Our client, a leading international AmLaw 50 firm and recognized as one of Fortune’s Best Places to Work, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated Associate to join their Product Liability practice group in Seattle, Washington.

 

Candidate Profile:

  • JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic credentials.
  • Active Washing state bar license.
  • At least two years of litigation experience.
  • Federal clerkship experience is preferred.
  • Experience representing consumer brands and aviation products, or in mass torts disputes is highly valued.
  • Strong legal writing and advocacy skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal services in high-stakes litigation involving flagship consumer brands and aviation products.
  • Represent national and international manufacturers in critical, company-defining matters.
  • Work collaboratively within a team of over 70 specialized attorneys across multiple offices.
  • Handle complex legal issues related to product liability and mass torts.

This role offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary ranging from $235,000 to $365,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
