Experience needed:
Molding experience (compression, RIM, Injection, Transfer, Vacuum)
Rubber processing including extrusion profiles
Plastic Processing
Die cutting
Process and Tooling troubleshooting
CAD design
Daily duties:
Will be the lead troubleshooter for the molding process mainly but will be called upon to solve other production process issues as needed.
Will train other technicians and operators as needed.
Will develop standard process
Education needed:
BS Technical
AS Technical plus 2 years experience
5+ years hands on equivalent experience
