Private Investment Fund Attorney

A leading corporate law team is seeking an attorney with 3-5 years of private investment fund formation experience to join its practice. This role focuses on advising fund sponsors and investors in structuring and executing investment fund transactions.

Position Responsibilities:

• Represent fund sponsors and investors in private investment fund formations
• Handle fund structuring, sponsor-level transactions, and secondary transactions
• Advise on general partner and management company structures
• Negotiate and draft agreements related to limited partner and portfolio company interests

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in private investment fund formation at a corporate law firm
• Strong understanding of fund structuring, sponsor transactions, and LP investments
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• High-level academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
