What is the PACE Program?

The PACE (Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program is an innovative, value-based healthcare model designed to keep seniors living independently in their homes and communities for as long as possible. It provides comprehensive medical and social services to eligible participants, coordinating all aspects of their care. As a PACE Primary Care Physician, you’ll be part of an interdisciplinary team dedicated to delivering holistic care, allowing you to build deeper, long-term relationships with fewer patients than in traditional settings. This means you can focus on what truly matters: your patients’ well-being and overall quality of life.

Who We’re Looking For:

We are seeking Board-Certified Primary Care Physicians in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Geriatrics. Candidates must be eligible for enrollment to provide services to Medicare and Medi-Cal participants.
