Primary Care –  Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team. This remote, full-time and/or part-time (3 days a week minimum) position offers an opportunity to provide high-quality healthcare services to a diverse patient population, enhancing their overall well-being and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• See patients for medical care/primary care including but not limited to: 
   
• Initial Evaluations
   
• Follow-up Care
   
• Mid Refills
   
• Labs
   
• Imaging
   
• Woundcare (optional)

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current Nurse Practitioner certification and state licensure in California.
• Minimum of two years of experience in primary care or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
