Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 200 national law firm, is seeking lawyers interested in transitioning to private practice upon completing their current clerkships.

Candidate Profile:

  • JD from a top-tier, accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
  • Active member of the bar in the state you intend to practice.
  • Desire to join a firm known for its national litigation practice, including class action defense, trial practice, white-collar representation, and high-stakes appeals.
  • Excellent academic credentials, demonstrated writing skills, strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Capacity to work effectively both individually and as part of a team in an environment that prioritizes client service and professional drive.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to various litigation practices, including class action defense and high-stakes appeals, upon entering private practice.
  • Engage in complex legal work and case management, leveraging judicial clerkship experience.
