PM&R Physician

Overview:
We are seeking a Physiatrist (PM&R Physician) / Associate Medical Director to join our team in Saint Joseph, MO. This position offers an excellent work-life balance with a flexible part-time schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality physical medicine and rehabilitation care to patients.
- Oversee and coordinate patient treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
- Support and develop clinical protocols to enhance patient outcomes.
- Assist in program leadership, quality improvement initiatives, and compliance efforts.
- Work closely with hospital administration and medical staff on rehabilitation services.
Qualifications:
- MD or DO with board certification in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R).
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
