Plant Manager

As the Plant Manager you will oversee that championing of key efforts in the areas of Continuous Improvement, Production Efficiencies, Product Quality, and Team Leadership in bringing vision and developing key bench strength for the organization. Your industry knowledge will allow you to participate as a visionary round table member in development of strategic long- term initiatives for future plant improvement and industry competitiveness. Qualifications:

·         BS Degree preferred, but off-setting successful industry experience may be considered.

·  *     10 years of proven leadership in a high-speed Food manufacturing operation

·         Excellent demonstrated knowledge of Continuous Improvement and Quality Standards
