What You’ll Do

  • Own the Financials: Lead daily and month-end accounting activities, including journal entries, system transactions, and account reconciliations.

  • Analyze & Report: Provide timely and accurate internal financial reporting and plant analysis.

  • Partner Across Teams: Oversee costing and quoting, collaborating with Operations, Sales, and Regional Finance Directors.

  • Budget & Forecast: Drive the annual regional budget process and monthly forecasts, ensuring accuracy and deadlines are met.

  • Support Compliance: Champion internal control efforts and ensure audit readiness.

  • Drive Improvements: Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities across the business.

  • Lead Special Projects: Tackle ad hoc analysis and special projects that make a real impact.


What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in the listed duties above, accounting/finance experience in a manufacturing plant environment, including hands-on month-end close responsibilities.

  • Skills:

    • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.

    • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced setting.

    • Strong team player with the ability to work independently.

    • Demonstrated ownership of responsibilities and ability to deliver results with minimal supervision.

    • Advanced Excel and MS Office skills; experience with ERP systems
