Key Responsibilities:

  1. Champion of Seamless Operations: Ensure the flawless operation of both front and back offices, tackling tasks from EMR enrollment and insurance verification to balance collection, vaccination, and phlebotomy. Oh, and did we mention maintaining a buzzing call center during business hours?

  2. Customer Experience Maestro: Lead the charge in developing and implementing a consistently outstanding customer experience. Harness the best practices from inside and outside of healthcare to create memorable touchpoints for our patients and their families.

  3. Project Extraordinaire: Oversee the implementation of all patient services-related projects and lend your expertise to implementing PCMH and NCQA guidelines. You’re the driving force behind the innovations that set us apart.

  4. Mentorship Maven: Provide mentorship to our fantastic staff, ensuring that our medical office and customer experience standards are crystal clear and consistently applied. You’re the guiding light that helps our team shine.

  5. Continuous Improvement Captain: Develop and lead a program of continuous improvement for the Patient Services Department. We’re always striving to be better, and you’ll be at the helm of our journey toward excellence.

  6. Team Cheerleader: Lead spirited monthly team meetings for both Front and Back Office staff, fostering an environment of growth and development. Regular check-ins with team members? You bet!

  7. Efficiency Maestro: Act as a liaison with other members of the operations team to supercharge our office efficiency. Your goal? Maximum efficiency and maximum smiles.

  8. Voice of Patient Services: Be the spokesperson for the Patient Services Department, representing us with pride at operations meetings, provider meetings, and all-staff gatherings. Your enthusiasm is contagious!

  9. SOP Guru: Take charge of maintaining our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and dashboard while diligently tracking performance metrics. You’re the keeper of our success playbook.

  10. Compliance Guardian: Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and other medically related laws, rules, codes, and regulations. Your commitment to legal and ethical standards is unwavering.

Skills/Experience We’re Excited About:
