Job Description

  • Evaluate and treat patients using personalized therapy plans
  • Educate patients on their conditions, treatment plans, and progress
  • Ensure patient accountability for attendance and adherence to therapy programs
  • Complete all necessary documentation and update treatment plans as needed
  • Supervise PTAs and therapy technicians
  • Conduct free consultations and assist in patient outreach
  • Maintain accurate case management records and productivity reports
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for community engagement efforts

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in Wyoming
  • Strong communication and patient education skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for helping patients achieve their recovery goals
  • New graduates are welcome to apply
