We’re seeking a sharp, adaptable Phage Display Associate who thrives on the intersection of cutting-edge science and real-world impact.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute phage display campaigns to identify high-affinity antibodies, from library construction and selection strategies to hit validation and optimization.
- Collaborate across teams, contribute to project strategy, and help shape the discovery platform.
- Work alongside seasoned veterans and share in the design and execution of experiments.
Qualifications:
- BS/MS in Life Sciences (Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or related field)
- Direct phage display experience
- Experience with protein expression, purification, and characterization
- Experience with molecular biology techniques (cloning, PCR, sequencing analysis)
- Familiarity with antibody technologies and protein-protein interactions
- Quick learner who can adapt to new protocols and troubleshoot independently
