PATENT PROSECUTION TECHNICAL ADVISOR – JUNIOR LEVEL

Locations: New York, NY; Palo Alto, CA; San Diego, CA; Austin, TX; Seattle, WA

Our client, an AmLaw 50 national law firm, is seeking a Technical Advisor to join their expanding Patent Prosecution practice.

 

Candidate Profile:

  • A degree in mechanical engineering, physics, computer science, electrical engineering, biomedical engineering, or a similar field.
  • Strong academic credentials and excellent references.
  • Candidates must be interested in becoming patent agents and available for full-time work starting in June 2025.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with attorneys and other legal personnel to draft and prosecute patent applications before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
  • Engage with cutting-edge technology and develop essential legal skills from day one.
  • Contribute to the growth of the Patent Prosecution practice while receiving support and mentorship from senior attorneys.
