ASSOCIATE – PATENT LITIGATION
Multiple Locations: Washington, D.C. | Palo Alto, CA | San Diego, CA | Phoenix, AZ | Madison, WI | Denver, CO | Austin, TX | San Francisco, CA | New York, NY

Our client, a top AmLaw 50 international law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated Mid-Level Associate to join their Patent Litigation practice group.

Candidate Profile:

  • JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
  • Bar Admission in state of intended employment.
  • 3-6 years of substantive patent litigation experience.
  • A degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a similar field is preferred.
  • Strong legal writing, communication, and advocacy skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Litigate patent disputes in federal courts, before the International Trade Commission, and in arbitration settings.
  • Represent clients in complex cases involving cutting-edge technologies.
  • Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys to handle all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.

This role offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary ranging from $260,000 to $390,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
