We are representing a prestigious law firm seeking a Partner or Originator with 10+ years of experience and a portable book of business. Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate and maintain lasting client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and client retention.
Lead business development efforts to grow the firm’s portfolio and achieve strategic growth objectives.
Collaborate with other partners and senior management to align business goals and firm strategies.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior attorneys, contributing to the firm’s overall success.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities while managing existing client portfolios.
Qualifications:
JD from a strong law program with excellent academic performance.
Active Georgia Bar license in good standing.
10+ years experience as a senior attorney with a portable book of business.
Excellent strategic thinking, business development, and client relationship skills.
Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
A demonstrated ability to lead and inspire others while driving results.
