Position Overview

A leading firm is seeking entrepreneurial Partners to join its growing team and drive its tax advisory, compliance, and business development initiatives. We are looking for experienced professionals with strong client relationships, expertise in tax and accounting functions, and a proven ability to generate business while mentoring and leading staff.

Practice Areas of Interest

• Tax Compliance and Advisory: Leading tax planning, technical reviews, and client audits across industries.
• Business Development: Expanding the firm’s client base and ensuring long-term engagements with tailored tax solutions.
• Staff Development and Leadership: Training and mentoring tax staff, including performance reviews and professional development initiatives.

Compensation Overview

Partner compensation is highly competitive, ranging between $250K and $400K annually, based on:

• The size of their client base (portable business)
• Billable hours and effective rates

Key Qualifications

• 10+ years of public accounting experience, managing complex engagements
• CPA certification (active)
• Portable business of at least $2 million annually
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships
