Partner Attorney – Land Use, Zoning & Permitting Law

We are seeking a highly experienced Partner Attorney specializing in Land Use, Zoning, and Permitting Law to enhance our Connecticut practice based in Greenwich. Salary Range: $225,000.00 – $300,000.00 Annually

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent developers and institutional clients in complex permitting matters.
• Lead and manage representation before municipal boards and commissions.
• Advise on strategic entitlement plans and solutions.
• Maintain and develop an established, portable book of business.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in land use and zoning law.
