Outside Sales Representatives

       Base Salary: $50,000 per year. +/- Depending on experience

       First Year On-Target Earnings: $100,000

       Benefits: 401(k) match up to 6%, PTO, health insurance stipend, and a floating holiday to make life even better.

Position Overview

Are you ready to step into a role where you can make a real impact? We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive revenue growth and play a key role in our sales team. This isn’t just another job—it’s an opportunity to shape the future of a dynamic company.

You’ll take the lead in all aspects of outside sales, from owning ambitious revenue goals to building and scaling a customer-focused book of business. When the team needs a closer, you’ll be the one to seal the deal.

We’re looking for someone with exceptional customer service skills, a passion for the construction industry (bonus points if you’re familiar with Division 10), and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset that turns challenges into opportunities.

This role reports directly to the CEO.


What You’ll Be Doing

       Shape the Future: As part of our sales team, you’ll influence the big decisions that drive our forward.

       Own Revenue: Hit our ambitious targets, and help the team double the business by 2030.

       Close the Deal: Make individual sales and build your book of business.

       Represent: Represent a great company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings. Expected travel of 20%.

       Strategize: Develop account plans that win loyalty, prevent churn, and fuel growth.


Who You Are

       Experienced: 5+ years in construction materials sales, with bonus points for Division 10 product experience.

       People-Oriented: Personable and customer-focused, skilled at building relationships and fostering collaboration.

       Flexible: Willing to travel for trade shows and key client meetings as needed.

       Driven: You don’t just meet goals—you exceed them.

       Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM systems and passionate about using technology for sales success.

       Trustworthy: Committed to honesty, accountability, and ethical decision-making.
