Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Outside Sales Representative to develop and sell service agreements to commercial clients in the Albany area. While experience with commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems is preferred, our client is willing to train the right candidate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and onboarding new customers, utilizing a variety of methods such as canvassing, networking, referrals, and social media to secure meetings with potential clients. Additional responsibilities include capturing and tracking all sales-related activities in a CRM, preparing and presenting proposals, and completing administrative tasks in a timely manner. Meeting sales activity metrics and achieving assigned sales goals is essential.
